Today, Prettypegs fits most other furniture brands as well.

MATERIAL

All Prettypegs are made from solid ash wood.

All our models are custom made after each specific order and the delivery time is up to 25 days.

We gladly ship world wide! All orders are delivered with either UPS or DHL.

All shipping charges are flat rate, meaning Prettypegs only ads a single shipping fee to your order, regardless of how many products it contains.

Customs and import charges for countries outside of the EU - Customs or import charges might be charged once the package is delivered to the destination country outside of the EU. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. As the customs policies and import duties varies widely from country to country, we do not have any control over these charges and can not provide information about how much it would cost. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

How to keep Estelle’s brass toes bright and shiny - All brass oxidates and takes on a darker colour sooner or later. To keep them bright and shiny, just use a brass polish that can be found in most department stores.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

In general - Prettypegs fit many furniture models and brands. However, Prettypegs do not guarantee that our products will fit all furniture depending on different measurements, materials, sizes etc. Even a few models within the IKEA-series that is stated on Prettypegs website are not suited for replacing its legs. So please make sure your furniture has the right prerequisites before placing your order, since this would not be a cause for refund. However, our customers always have a 14 days return policy. Return cost is payed by the customer.

As with all furniture legs, remember to put on felt pads to protect your floor (included) and be careful when you turn over your furniture not to damage the legs nor the floor! Also remember to make sure your furniture does not require different measured front and back legs since all four Prettypegs have the same height since this would not be a cause for refund.

Should there be a damage to your furniture or floor because any of above reasons, Prettypegs takes no responsibility. 

Orders - To purchase on Prettypegs.com, you have to be at least 18 years old. We keep the right to cancel orders from people stating wrong personal information and/or has payment remarks. Please review and verify your shipping address on all orders. We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive because an incorrect shipping address was provided. Your IP number is saved at every order. False orders are reported to the police.

Payment options - Before confirming the order you have the possibility to choose your type of payment. At present, Prettypegs accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partners Paypal to guarantee secure payments. This is how it works:

- Choose your credit card type (i.e. Visa, Mastercard), state your card numbers and validation date.

- A control is carried out to make sure that your data is correct and that there is money on your account. 

- The money is being transferred to Prettypegs.

- As soon as Prettypegs receives the information that the payment is completed the goods are sent to the customer.

- To ensure your safety and comfort, we use a secure order form. No external parties will be able to access the information you have given.

Shipping - Outside Sweden, freight is payed by the customer. We always ship from Sweden and the cost will vary depending on where the customer is located. The customer will always be informed of the exact shipping cost before placing the order.

Delivery time - The delivery time is usually 3 weeks from the time the order have been placed.

Cancellation of order - As a consumer, according to the distance selling law, you have the right to cancel your order, without any particular reason. Just inform Prettypegs customers service within 14 days after receiving the goods (hello@prettypegs.com). We will then e-mail you a return invoice together with information needed how to pay and book your return delivery. All customers (even within Sweden) have to pay the return freight cost. Return shipping cost: Sweden: 95 kr,  EU: € 15,  US or Canada: 32 USD,  Rest of the world: €29 (37USD)

The items must be unused and not damaged in the original packing. Please return back the items together with a copy of the invoice. The returned items must not be sent back as cash on delivery or similar. Upon receipt of the returned item Prettypegs will inspect the item and if it is unused and in the original packaging we will make a full refund. Prettypegs shall send the customer the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned goods by e-mail. Whatever the term of payment used by you, the refund procedure shall be started by Prettypegs within 30 days from when Prettypegs learns of your decision to exercise your return right, after checking that the latter has been correctly exercised and the returned products are accepted. The currency exchange rate for the credit shall be the same as the currency exchange rate of the original debit and consequently you shall not lose out in terms of bank interest.

Faulty items - We guarantee that the items you ordered are flawless by delivery. Should you receive a defect or wrong item you must contact our customers service as soon as possible, latest within 14 days. When we receive your error report we will send you a prepaid return label. Send the faulty item in the same condition you received it, together with the error report, and we will send you a new item!

Colours and finishes - Actual colours may vary from colors shown on our website as a result of different computer displays or settings. Colour nuances could also vary from time to another since the legs are made by hand. We have made every attempt to reduce that possibility but color differences as well as the size of the pattern are not a cause for a refund. Every Prettypeg is unique, with naturally occurring variations in wood texture, colour and grain pattern and therefore, none of these variations is a cause of refund. Our estimate metrics in depth and width are approximate. If you wish to receive more exact dimensions, just send us an email and we will do our best to help you out.

Fault during warranty - We guarantee that the items your ordered from us are free from manufacturing errors during a period of 12 months after the purchase. Should there occur a faulty during that time, the customer must contact our customers service as soon as possible. When we receive your error report we will send you a prepaid return label. Send the faulty item together with the error report, and we will send you a new item.

Changes to website - Prettypegs reserves the rights to:

- Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice.

- Modify the Products and Services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate any Products and Services.

- Change prices and specifications at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

- Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website(s) following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

Typographical Errors - In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Prettypegs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Prettypegs shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Prettypegs shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the charge.
